As your educational partners we will give you all the practical assistance and EDUCATION RESOURCES you need. Through a subscription to our Learning Guides, we can help give your child a POSITIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE all through their schooling years. Save your time for your kids and let us do the research. As a parent you are a child's first teacher and the main adult role model in their life. This puts you in the very precious and unique position of understanding your child's behavious and learning patterns better than anyone else. At The Learning Guardian we want to help you with this teaching role and to help you nurture positive learning patterns in your children.

However we understand that parents and carers today face many challenges in trying to do the very best for their children, including simply finding the time to research everything they think they should know or they should be doing. We have done all of this time consuming work for you!

Our exclusive Learning Guides cover a range of academic, emotional, physical and environmental topics. They aim to increase your awareness and participation in your child's schooling life through providing you with information as well as practical tools and activities. The Learning Guides are appropriate for all age groups from kindergarten through to senior high school.

We believe that seeing your child achieve is one of the most rewarding experiences of a parent. Any time is a great time to start so join us and help your kids achieve!

Hi, my name is Shane Hardcastle, husband to my Princess, Kathryn, and father of three beautiful children - Sam, Jack & Will.
I am passionate about education. I have been teaching in schools for over 15 years, employed in a range of different positions and roles. I also completed my Masters Degree in 2006, and am planning on beginning my Educational Doctorate in the near future.
As both a parent and educator, I believe strongly in the value of the human spirit and believe that every person is able to achieve their dreams. What parents often need are the skills and knowledge to help their children accomplish this. Therefore, our aim is to help parents so that they can make the right decisions in all areas of their children's lives.
Every aspect of this website will provide accurate, meaningful, easy-to-understand information. If there is anything that you would like us to include or comment on, please let us know. We look forward to supporting you with the most important role of all: Helping Your Kids Achieve!

Hi my name is Christine. I am married to a wonderful husband, Craig and have two beautiful children, Amy & Daniel.
As my children approached school age, I realised that there was so much information that I wanted to know on how to give them the best start in life. As a parent what could I do to help my kids not only prepare for school but also deal with the various issues that would arise as they progressed through their future years of education. The problem was I didn't know where to find all of this information without seeking out numerous sources that took a lot of time to research.
As well as being a dedicated mother I am also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). This meant that I didn't want this information in bits and pieces in various formats, rather I wanted something easy to use and simple to work with. I wanted the information all neatly collated together in a report format that was also a working document. But I couldn't find anything! Hence the idea for The Learning Guardian was created along with Shane (see above).
I hope that through the Learning Guides that we have put together we can help answer some of your questions with confidence that the information content has been throughly researched and reviewed from the point of view of both parents and qualified educators.
